Dr. Aimee Tow tells the story of how she overcame a difficult childhood to become an advocate for herself as an adult. She reveals how she learned to hide her emotions and vulnerabilities in order to survive, but how this eventually led her to a more fulfilling and joyful life.

Dr. Aimee

Dr. Aimee is a coach and advocate for emotional and mental health. Her journey towards becoming a coach began after a near-death experience that changed her physical abilities and led her to seek out healing professionals. Growing up in a dysfunctional home and learning how to reparent her inner child have been crucial to her own growth and healing. She completed a bachelor's degree and went on to earn a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, specializing in pediatrics. She worked with nonprofit organizations, including in Haiti, and helped mission teams obtain needed supplies and set up clinics in underserved areas. She has since found a second calling in coaching and is excited to share her knowledge of emotional intelligence and help others on their own journeys of growth and health.
